As creator of The Project Manager’s Coach, Richard Peel brings a wealth of experience in the delivery, assurance and governance of projects, programmes and portfolios. This is combined with the skills and experience of a qualified coach.

More than 20 years in a FTSE 100 company, working in senior (reporting directly to Executive / Board Directors) management positions means that Richard understands the corporate environment as well as anyone.

Richard’s accountabilities have included positions in project management, leading a major IS-enabled change programme, heading-up the corporate programme assurance function, and being responsible for forming and governing the projects portfolio.

Richard combines this experience with a keen focus on the people who deliver projects. He is a qualified Performance Coach, certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and holds a Certificate in Counselling Skills. He also has practical experience of both direct and indirect management of people.
